    Select the benefits you want to use and click submit; we usually review within one business day.

How to renew your xToolCare subscription

If your machine already has xToolCare, you can purchase the 1-year plan directly from the official xTool store within 15 days after the warranty period expires, without qualification verification. After binding, the coverage period can accumulate up to 3 years.

    Direct purchase

    Purchase the xToolCare 1-Year Package for your model at the official store.
  2. 02

    Bind with an activation code

    You will receive an email with an activation code; enter it in "My Devices" to bind the plan.
  3. 03

    Guarantees will continue

    New packages take effect the day after the current package expires, with no gaps, and the benefits of two packages are automatically merged.

Renewal Instructions

  1. 01
    The 2-year plan does not support renewal.
  2. 02
    Each machine can bind up to two xToolCare packages; After the cumulative coverage period (standard warranty + extended warranty) reaches 3 years, renewal is no longer supported.
  3. 03
    Binding must be completed within the coverage period or within 15 days after expiration.
  4. 04
    Renewal packages take effect after the current package expires; Unused accidental damage and free replacement counts will be retained, and the number of times for both packages will be combined.
  5. 05
    Some models do not support renewal; whether support is available depends on the xTool official store and the service terms in your region.
  6. 06
    If binding cannot be completed due to failure to meet the above conditions, a full refund can be applied for within 30 days.
