As part of our ongoing efforts to adapt to evolving market demands and technological advancements, we regret announcing the discontinuation of the D Series products, effective January 1, 2025. We sincerely appreciate your unwavering support for the xTool D Series, and we want to ensure that you feel valued during this transition.
Commitment to After-Sales Support
We remain committed to delivering exceptional after-sales support for D Series products, ensuring that you have access to replacement parts and technical assistance when needed.
If our technical support verifies that we are unable to provide the necessary replacement parts to repair your machine and keep it working properly (it rarely happens), we whole heartedly guarantee the following options to support you during this time:
· For Customers Under Warranty: You are entitled to get a refund based on product condition or a discount equivalent to 100% of your original D Series order amount, which can be applied towards the purchase of a new xTool laser machine.
· For Customers Out of Warranty: You will receive a discount equal to 50% of your original D Series order amount, applicable to the purchase of a new xTool laser machine.

Exclusive Accessories Availability
To support your ongoing projects, we will continue to supply exclusive accessories for the D1 Pro for one year (1/10/2026). This includes:

Return & Refund Policy
We understand that the discontinuation may come as a disappointment, and we apologize for any inconvenience. To support our valued D Series users, we are offering an exclusive return and refund policy for those who recently purchased D Series products:
For customers who purchased the D Series within 30 days (12/10/2024 - 1/10/2025) and wish to return their machine, we will offer a full refund and cover the shipping fee. Please click here to submit a ticket. Select 'Return & Refund Application' and include a note saying 'D Series Discontinued Return Request.'
