How to Participate

All users can join this event in one of the following ways:

• Place an order during the event period
• Submit your email via the site form or popup
• You will be entered into a randomized selection pool for a chance to receive a 100% refund of your completed order
• Note: Only users who complete a valid order are eligible for the order refund reward. Non-purchasers are not eligible for refund prizes, but can still receive other forms of participation rewards.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are randomly selected from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• xTool will contact selected users via email on July 1th.
• Winning order numbers will be published on the official event page
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used
