When my S1 arrived I was immediately very impressed by the level of craftmanship that XTool is well known for. Every detail of the machine appears to be high quality, and I think its the best packaging I have ever seen. Initial setup was very easy and the directions where very easy to follow and well laid out. Being almost brand new to laser engravers I really appreciate how little knowledge or technical skills a person needs to get this machine up and running. The software is very user friendly and I feel that even a person with limited computer skills like myself can quickly learn how to use it. I really appreciate how quiet the laser is when processing jobs and speaks again to the obvious quality. There has been a lot of trial and error figuring out how to use it with different materials but that is not a knock agaist Xtool, but simply the process to learn how different materials react to different power levels and speeds. I plan to use the machine for running an engraving business offering a multitude of different products as well as personal items. So far I really love using and learning more about using it and look forward to other products that Xtool innovates in the laser engraving field.
This is my first time using a laser cutter. At first I admit I was terrified thinking I could never figure it out, but after some tutorials it鈥檚 so easy! The creative space is very user friendly!

My 40w S1 was extremely well packaged. Instructions were clear and through to put it together. I have been extremely pleased with the performance so far. My only complaint is that I wish it came with some sort of a display with memory. Coming from a Snapmaker, that is my only complaint.
It is a game changer for me. I鈥檓 learning it as I write you!
